Services Provided

Heating Install provides professional heating installation and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on information provided and initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered during installation. Any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Installation Services

All installations are performed by licensed, insured technicians in compliance with BC building codes. Required permits and inspections are included in our service unless otherwise specified.

Warranties

Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers. Installation workmanship is guaranteed according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Warranty terms vary by equipment and manufacturer.

Rebate Assistance

We assist with rebate applications but cannot guarantee approval or rebate amounts. Rebates are subject to program availability, eligibility requirements, and processing by respective authorities (FortisBC, CleanBC, federal programs).

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled installations may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking fees.

Liability

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance and take all reasonable precautions during installations. Liability is limited to the terms of our service agreement and insurance coverage.
